What is your refund policy?

We handle all returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

Faulty Products?

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, we will try and do everything to help resolve the issue.

Please contact us as soon as possible on hello@bondisoap.com.au so we can help rectify the problem.  Please note we may need you to take photos and or describe the fault.

If your product is deemed faulty, we will happily replace it with another product (same or similar) or provide you with a full refund to the same method of payment that you made to purchase your products.
