Do you offer gift cards online?

Yes, we do. Our gift cards are a simple and easy way to purchase the perfect gift that is suitable for all.

Simply select the amount you would like to spend and proceed to checkout.

Bondi Soap digital gift cards are delivered via email and contain a unique code that can be used to redeem on our website.

I have received my order and it is not what I ordered?

Please contact us at your earliest convenience at hello@bondisoap.com.au and we will do our best to help get you sorted.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us urgently via email hello@bondisoap.com.au for any queries regarding the cancelling of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if it has been fulfilled.

Are Bondi Soap products natural?

Yes. Bondi Soap prides itself on using all natural, plant based, cruelty-free ingredients. All Bondi Soap products are gentle on the skin and would suit all skin types. There are no chemical nasties like SLS, SLES, Parabens or Synthetics used.

Are Bondi Soap bottles recyclable?

Yes. Our bottles are recyclable and made from HDPE plastic.

Does Bondi Soap offer refills?

At this stage we do not offer refills. However, we are always looking at ways to be more sustainable so please sign up to receive our emails and keep up to date with everything Bondi Soap.
